SnapPDF’s Detailed Tutorial on Lossless PDF to JPG Conversion
PNG, JPEG, TIFF, RAW, and BMP are just a few of the various image file types available. Every image file type has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. The JPG file format is widely used for website photo uploads since it is Internet-friendly.
Converting a picture from JPG to PDF is the right move if you intend to print it or email it. On the other hand, you’ll need to know how to convert PDF files to JPG format if you ever want to make changes to your image utilizing image editing software.
SnapPDF is a program that lets you convert PDFs to JPGs without reducing the quality of the images.
Check out SnapPDF.app‘s official webpage. There is no limit to the amount of PDFs you can convert during that time.
Once the program has loaded, you can either choose Open from the File menu or use the Open icon on the toolbar to access the program’s file browser.
Select a PDF file from your computer’s library, and then double-click on it to launch SnapPDF.
Open the PDF in question, and then from the File menu choose Convert > PDF to Image. The next step is to make the switch from PDF to JPG.
Following the AutoCad icon in the toolbar, you’ll see the Image icon; click on it. You may also accomplish this by selecting “PDF to JPG” from the “Convert” menu.
If you need to make a picture of a PDF, you can do so in a variety of different image formats. However, the JPG format will be selected automatically as the destination for your files.
As soon as you click the Select button, you can skip over changing the image format and go straight to the “Convert Now” button. You can choose to highlight the entire PDF, a subset of pages, or a custom section.
To make your image monochrome, use the “Black & White” option.
When converting from PDF to JPG, you can also modify the image’s dimensions and scale. Images are automatically scaled based on their width, but this can be changed to take into account the height if desired. You’llfind these choices over on the right side of the display (see the image below).
Modifying the scale involves first selecting the option to do so and then choosing a new value.
If you are not satisfied with the results, you can always enter your data again by using the “Reset” button.
Although the output quality is PDF-specific, this method usually maintains the original image quality.
You can use the Convert Using OCR option to change scanned PDFs into editable formats. The Convert menu’s OCR settings is where you’ll find the selection you’re looking for.
